From insight to choices in everyday life
You can understand why you feel stuck and still find yourself reacting the same way the next time. Often, it is only afterward that you realize you pushed past your limits, shut down, or started explaining yourself all over again. With LifeConnect, you explore how to recognize what is happening sooner, giving you more room to choose what you want to say or do, or where you need to set a boundary. The process consists of two conversations: first insight, then integration.
How We Can Work Together
LifeConnect — Insight and Integration
Conversation 1 — Insight
We explore a specific situation where you feel stuck, what is going on for you, and what keeps recurring. The aim is to understand more clearly what is happening and what you need.
Conversation 2 — Integration
In the second conversation, we bring that insight into your everyday life. How do you stay clear about what matters to you when a situation becomes difficult or someone responds differently than you had hoped? We work out what you want to say, what you want to ask, where you want to set a boundary, or what you want to do differently.

€135 per conversation, including VAT
€270 including VAT if you attend both conversations.
You receive an invoice for €135 including VAT after each conversation. After Insight, you decide whether to schedule Integration. There is no obligation to book both conversations.
Short-term sparring partnership
After the two conversations, you can continue working with me for a limited period to talk through situations as they arise in everyday life. A conversation may not go as expected, you may feel unsure about a boundary, or you may find yourself feeling stuck again. Together, we explore what is happening and what next step feels right for you.

✓ A brief follow-up on the same situation is included; if needed, a short phone call of up to 20 minutes
