In-depth sparring session on-site for leaders who value personal presence and direct interaction.

Face-to-face, we explore what’s really happening beneath the surface and translate those insights into clear, practical direction.
These sessions bring extra depth through personal contact and allow more space for observation, nuance, and connection.

Duration: 1–2 hour session (total engagement 4–5 hours)

Team Clarity Session
Clarity and direction for teams struggling with collaboration, communication, or energy.
Before the session, each team member completes an individual intake form, allowing me to understand the underlying dynamics.
Based on that, I conduct short individual online conversations of about 20–30 minutes with team members to get a clear and honest picture of what’s really happening, without assumptions or judgment.
During the Team Clarity Session, we meet on-site to bring everything together.
I share what I’ve observed beneath the surface and guide the team in an open, grounded dialogue about what’s recognizable, what’s blocking flow, and what change requires.
No training or roleplay, just a real conversation that restores clarity, ownership, and renewed connection.
After the session, you’ll receive a concise written summary with key insights and recommendations.
Duration: half day (including preparation, individual conversations, and on-site session).
For larger teams (more than 8 people), the session can be extended to three-quarters or a full day, depending on group size and dynamics.

Organizational Clarity Path
Clarity and movement for organizations or projects that have become stuck in complexity.
Sometimes it’s not the content that blocks progress, but collaboration, ownership, or direction.
The Organizational Clarity Path helps restore focus, energy, and flow, exactly where things have stalled.
We start with an Exploratory Clarity Conversation with the sponsor or leadership team.
In this conversation, we clarify the current context, uncover underlying patterns, and identify what’s really needed to move forward.
The conversation takes about 1.5 to 2 hours and can take place online or on-site.
Preparation and reflection are included.

If there’s a mutual fit and a clear direction, we continue with a tailored trajectory, the Organizational Clarity Path.
This includes individual conversations with key people, focused Clarity Sessions, and systemic insights into what works, what blocks, and what’s needed next.
I typically work two to three days per week on-site for one or two weeks,
creating enough space to observe, align, and establish lasting clarity, without becoming part of daily operations.
Following a brief exploratory call with the key contact, an intake phase helps align context and goals. The Organization Clarity Path is then tailored accordingly.

HR & Culture Clarity Path
Every organization carries invisible cultural patterns that either empower or block people.
Outdated practices, such as rigid performance reviews, top-down development plans, or excessive control,
often drain energy instead of creating genuine growth and ownership.
That’s why I don’t offer fixed programs, but tailored interventions that unfold step by step.
We start with a Culture Clarity Session, to explore what’s really happening within the organization’s culture
and where renewal and connection are needed.
Duration: 1.5–2 hours (online or on-site)
Fee: €495 excl. VAT (online) / €595 excl. VAT (on-site)
When there’s a clear direction and mutual fit, we move into the HR & Culture Clarity Path,
a deeper, customized process aimed at uncovering unconscious patterns within HR systems and leadership structures.
Through conversations, culture diagnostics, and sparring moments, we identify what’s blocking trust, clarity, and shared responsibility.
I typically work one to two days per week on-site over the course of several weeks,
ensuring enough space to observe, align, and bring lasting clarity without becoming part of daily operations.
